Our retention rate of over 96% and churn rate of 4% is one of the lowest in the industry.
It is not that we are perfect, it is due to our effective strategy of helping our clients with any issues that may arise with theirproducts and/or services related to us - to include but not limited to security, operation, email, uploading, etc.
We actively participate with our customers in helping them use ourproducts and services keeping a positive concerned attitude when they have a problem or concern arises and resolving them as quickly as possible.
